Welcome to Black Car Empire LLC. By booking transportation services through our website, reservation agents, dispatch team, or affiliated channels, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all reservations, transportation services, billing, and use of our website and services.
1. Service Overview
Black Car Empire LLC provides pre-arranged luxury ground transportation in the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut), plus nationwide coverage in most major cities across the United States of America through our affiliate network.
Services may be fulfilled by Black Car Empire-operated vehicles and chauffeurs, or by approved affiliated transportation providers that meet our service, insurance, licensing, and operational standards. All affiliated chauffeurs and vehicles are held to the same standards of professionalism, discretion, safety, and service quality expected from Black Car Empire LLC.
2. Account Requirement
Users must create and receive approval for an account before booking.
Black Car Empire LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate accounts at any time.
3. Services
We provide:
- Airport transfers.
- Hourly services.
- Point to Point.
- Events and corporate transportation.
- Coach and group transportation.
4. Reservation Policies
All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance. Rates provided at the time of booking are estimates based on the trip details submitted and may be adjusted if trip conditions change, including but not limited to:
- Additional wait time
- Route changes
- Additional stops
- Tolls
- Parking
- Airport fees
- Requested upgrades
- Special event surcharges
- Affiliate market service adjustments
A confirmed reservation constitutes authorization for Black Car Empire LLC to provide and bill for the requested service.

5. Rates and Charges
Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and may include a combination of flat-rate, hourly, or custom pricing depending on the service selected.
Additional charges may include:
- SDC
- Tolls
- Parking
- Airport access fees
- Fuel surcharge
- Congestion fees
Child Safety Seats: Black Car Empire LLC can provide child safety seats upon request. There is an additional charge of $30 per safety seat.
These charges may vary by market and service type and will be reflected in final billing where applicable.
6. Gratuity
A suggested chauffeur gratuity may be included at the time of booking for customer convenience. Gratuity remains discretionary and may be adjusted at the client’s request unless otherwise agreed in a corporate billing arrangement.
7. Wait Time & Grace Period
To ensure seamless service, chauffeurs are dispatched in advance of scheduled pickup times.
Airport Arrivals
Black Car Empire LLC monitors commercial flights for delays and early arrivals.
Grace periods:
- Domestic arrivals: 30 minutes
- International arrivals: 60 minutes
Waiting time charges may apply after the grace period. Waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments based on the reserved vehicle type and billing structure.
Non-Airport Pickups
A 15-minute grace period applies to all non-airport pickups. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments based on the reserved vehicle type and billing structure.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Travel plans can change unexpectedly, and Black Car Empire LLC understands that flexibility is sometimes necessary. Cancellation requests submitted by email require at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup time. Requests made by phone require a minimum of one (1) hours’ notice for services operated directly by Black Car Empire and at least two (2) hours for reservations fulfilled through affiliate partners’ service regions. Certain long-distance, specialty, or international services may require additional advance notice.
For reservations within the New York metropolitan area, phone cancellation notice may vary depending on the pickup location. A minimum of one (1) hour notice applies to trips originating in Manhattan, two (2) hours for pickups in The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island, and three (3) hours for any pickup scheduled outside of the five boroughs of New York City.
Cancellation deadlines are based on the scheduled pickup time in the specific service market where the reservation takes place, and that local pickup time will determine whether late cancellation charges apply. Clients who fail to provide the required notice for reservation changes or cancellations may be charged the full trip amount, including applicable gratuity. Cancellation terms for buses, minibuses, and special event transportation may differ and are subject to separate booking conditions.

Standard cancellation policy:
- Sedan/SUV reservations: minimum 24 hours’ notice.
- Specialty vehicles or event transportation: minimum 48–72 hours’ notice.
Affiliate-operated reservations may require additional notice depending on market.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full trip charges, including applicable wait time and reserved service fees.
9. No-Show Policy
A reservation will be classified as a “no-show” if the passenger cannot be reached or is not present at the designated pickup location within sixty (60) minutes of flight arrival for airport transfers, or within thirty (30) minutes for all other scheduled pickups. In the event of a no-show, the full quoted trip amount, including any applicable gratuity and service fees, will be charged. To avoid no-show charges, passengers should remain at the scheduled pickup location and contact Black Car Empire immediately at info@blackcarempire.com or through our dispatch team if they are unable to locate their chauffeur or if they requirefor their pickup to take place at a different location.
No-show charges may equal the full reserved amount, including applicable fees and gratuity.
10. Billing and Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you authorize Black Car Empire LLC to charge your selected payment method for all services rendered.
Black Car Empire LLC may pre-authorize payment prior to the trip date to verify available funds. Final billing may differ from the initial quoted amount based on actual service usage.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Major credit cards.
- Corporate billing accounts.
- ACH (approved accounts only).
- Authorized invoicing arrangements.

11. Affiliate Transportation Services
Black Car Empire LLC may coordinate transportation through third-party affiliated operators when required by vehicle availability, geographic coverage, or operational needs.
All affiliate providers are independently licensed and insured transportation companies that have been reviewed and approved by Black Car Empire. By confirming a reservation, clients acknowledge that service may be fulfilled by an affiliate operating under Black Car Empire’s service standards.
12. Passenger Conduct
For safety and preservation of vehicle quality:
Passengers may not:
- Smoke or vape in any vehicle.
- Consume illegal substances.
- Damage vehicles.
- Engage in unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
- Exceed legal passenger capacity.
Black Car Empire LLC reserves the right to terminate service without refund if conduct endangered chauffeurs, passengers, or property.
Cleaning, repair, or damage charges may apply.
13. Limitation of Liability
Black Car Empire LLC shall not be liable for delays, service interruptions, or inability to perform caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather events
- Airport delays
- Road closures
- Public emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Mechanical issues beyond reasonable preventative maintenance
- Actions of third-party affiliate operators
In all cases, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation.
14. Website Use
All content on our website https://www.blackcarempire.com/, as well as on our social media presence, including logos, branding, images, service descriptions, and written content, is the property of Black Car Empire LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
15. Privacy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Customer information is handled confidentially and used only for operational, billing, service fulfillment, and legal compliance purposes.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the New York State. Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York.
